Let's start with the house itself. It is in a fantastic location near Sonora High School. It is in the area of Sonora known as Elks Hill. Plenty of excitement happening in (and around) downtown and near Sonora High. I think that anyone could see the value in buying a house in this specific location. The living room has large windows that let the light poor in, and it also transitions well into the dining area. The Kitchen is updated and has a wonderful view of the backyard as well as a door exiting to it.
